These are all terms to describe the same thing! People call bouncers different things depending on what part of country there from.

Typically 5 hours of use. We use your requested event start time and come up with end time after 5 hrs. We are flexible on times and can accommodate any situation when booked in advance. We need 3 day notice to change times for an event.

Up to 8-10 Kids. Children (ages 3-8 holds 10) (Children ages 8-15 holds 6-8) Adults up to 3 riders 175lb max per rider. We don’t recommend for adults. Obstacle Courses, Dunk Tanks, Interactives games adults like more.

We show up on time, honest & hard working, were Trained & Certified Nationally in Ride Safety, we have new top of the line Clean, Bright & Shinny Equipment, our prices are the best around, and will go above and beyond to exceed your expectations! We also offer loyalty discounts for repeat customers and multi item rental discounts.

Reserve as SOON AS POSSIBLE! Our Bounce Houses, Water Slides, Dunk Tanks and other rentals tend to book up fast during the peak seasons Spring – Summer – early Fall, to get the best selection we recommend 4 weeks as much as 12+ weeks for schools, churches, company picnics, community events or multiple unit rentals. However if its last minute even day before will be happy to accommodate you the best we can.

Our equipment is State Certified & New Jersey Engineer approved for safety and quality. All of our equipment is certified and Inspected each year, and randomly throughout by the State of NJ Carnival and Amusement Ride Safety Program. We CLEAN and SANITIZE each ride after each use. Then our rides come back to our warehouse for a full inspection and another cleaning and sanitizing is performed. We don’t stop there! During set-up we will spot vacuum & sanitize ride again to ensure the most sanitary Inflatable ride possible. This 3 step process sets us apart from our competitors.

A Standard 110V outlet will be needed within 100 feet. We supply all extension cords. If this is not possible we do have generators for an additional fee of $85. Powers up to 2 units.

Yes, a Min $150 deposit is required for private events. Commercial Events usually just signing contract confirms the event. 

You will receive a full refund if their is a 50% chance or more of rain the day of your event or you can reschedule. You can only cancel once the hourly forecast is out for your event day. For all other weather cancellations your deposit is transferable to a future event within one year. 

You can pay online through the detailed invoice we send using pay pal, or we charge card on file last business day before delivery. If stated paying Cash we offer 2% discount. Pay at delivery.  Commercial customer Business Check okay too or Purchase orders. Please no personal checks. 

Our Weather Cancellation policy lets you cancel before delivery!! If you take delivery of unit and some passing showers hit simply unplug unit after children have exited, and plug back in after it passes please be sure to wipe inside of unit so it’s not slippery

For safety and State law requirements 1 to 2 adults 16 or older must supervise each inflatable. A safety briefing will be given at delivery and a signature of adult supervisor is required by state law this process takes a few minutes. Example of rules; Must take off shoes, no flips, eating, drinking, must be of like size and age while in bounce house, no adults in unit with children. (We offer attendants for commercial events. Residential events require lessee to monitor unit. 

Yes, we are Professionally Trained Certified Operators, Licensed and Fully Insured to operate in the state of New Jersey, Liability, Medical, Work Comp, Commercial Auto. 

Make sure you know where you want your Inflatable rental, and make sure there is enough room. Also, make sure your outside plug is working. The next thing is, mow your lawn day or so before, remove any debris. If you have a dog, please clean the yard of any waste before we come. It will help to keep odors away while your kids are jumping, and will prevent any soiling of our unit(s).* If you have a waterslide rental, don’t water your lawn for a few days before your party. Waterslides use lots water, and if your grass needs it, it will absorb it a lot better if it is dry. 

No!!, silly string will ruin the vinyl and will result in a minimum of $500 repair fee its impossible to remove. Vinyl must be replaced. 

Yes, please call and we will do our best to change the day, so you get the same equipment you picked out.

Yes, just call the park to reserve the day ask if power available. We have generators to rent if there are no power sources. There’s a $50 park fee added since we have to register event with state for compliance and we tend to have to schedule these in a very specific arrival and pick up windows. 

Most surfaces are fine area with debris like big rocks and branches need to be cleaned prior to delivery. We set up on Asphalt, Concrete, Grass, Stone, etc. Any solid surface requiring sandbags there is a $5 fee per 50lb sandbag. Must order at time of booking. 

3 feet on sides, 3 feet in back, 3 feet on front of unit are typically minimum requirement.

We only offer these as an add on to your order. We do not offer just Tables, Chairs, or Small accessory items for rent. You must rent a Tent, Dunk Tank, Photo Booth, Inflatable etc. 

We provide Free Delivery to Ocean and Monmouth. We operate in Toms River. However Long Beach Island and Little Egg harbor are the 2 excluded zones. As LBI is hard to get in and out of due to the 1 bridge. And Little Egg is far south and very little demand. We dont service LBI in June, July, August. 

If someone in your immediate household tests positive for Covid or falls seriously ill contact us immediately upon receiving the results. If you do not give us at least 48 hours notice your deposit is non-refundable. If you give us at least 48 hours notice your deposit can be transferred to another event within 90 days. 

If it happens to rain the day of your event and your item isn’t available we will switch it out for something comparable. If you want to reserve the same item for a specific rain date it is 50% of your order.
